These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and Peso999 ("Peso999," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Peso999 website, mobile application, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the Peso999 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players, guests browsing the site, and any person accessing the Platform from the Republic of the Philippines or any other jurisdiction.

Peso999 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use the Peso999 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, consistent with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of Peso999, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the Peso999 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

Peso999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in violation of the age requirement will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any winnings forfeited. Deposits made by ineligible players will be returned where technically and legally feasible.

To access the full features of the Peso999 Platform, you must register for an account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number and email address.

One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one Peso999 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Peso999 uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Peso999 will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified Peso999 of unauthorized access.

Account Verification (KYC): Peso999 may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID). Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.

Peso999 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

Peso999 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Peso999 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Peso999 account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction. Peso999 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Peso999 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed on the Platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any applicable verification requirements.

• Withdrawals are subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.
• Peso999 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account settings.
• Peso999 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud or Terms violations.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name are not permitted.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Peso999 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, as notified to you by email prior to any deduction.

Peso999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in the relevant promotion, in addition to these general Terms.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Peso999 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period.

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, and device.
• Peso999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Peso999 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system or acted in bad faith.
• Players who have opted out of marketing communications may not receive notification of certain promotions.

The Peso999 Loyalty Program operates under its own set of terms and conditions, available on the Loyalty Program page. Loyalty points and tier benefits are subject to change at Peso999's discretion.

All games and betting markets available on the Peso999 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game or market. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to that specific game or market.

Bets Once Placed: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Peso999 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming any wager.

System Errors: In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest error in odds or game outcomes, Peso999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. Winnings derived from manifest errors will not be paid out.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets on the Peso999 Platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted by Peso999 at any time.

Peso999 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time. Game outcomes are not manipulated by Peso999 in any way.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Peso999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or KYC, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through systematic wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements or guarantee profit.
• Money Laundering: Using the Peso999 Platform to launder funds or conduct any transaction that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider.
• System Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access another player's account or any restricted area of the Platform.

Peso999 actively monitors the Platform for prohibited conduct using automated systems and manual review. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their accounts permanently closed and all associated funds forfeited.

• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Peso999 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the Peso999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of Peso999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from Peso999.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the Platform.
• Use any Peso999 trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of Peso999's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by Peso999.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Peso999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

Peso999 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Peso999 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, Peso999's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Peso999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. Peso999 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur as a result of using the Platform. You participate in all games and betting markets at your own risk.

Peso999 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Peso999 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. Your personal data is used solely for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, complying with legal and regulatory obligations, and improving the Platform experience.

Peso999 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform.

Peso999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, Peso999 will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting Peso999 support.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Peso999 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Peso999 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Any regulatory complaints may be directed to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority.
